Clinical Registered Nurse

University Health Services (UHS) has an opening for a part-time, 30 hours per week, year round Clinical Registered Nurse in our Walk-in Clinic. This position will work under the general direction of the RN Clinic Team Supervisor and, in collaboration with other health care providers, is responsible for the triage, assessment and patient care of illness, injury and general health concerns for patients using University Health Services. Nursing services are provided during regular clinic hours which may include evenings, weekends and holidays. We are looking for someone who can be part of an enthusiastic and hard-working team and support staff in a welcoming environment.

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of accredited BSN degree program plus 3 years of progressively responsible general clinical experience or accredited relevant Associates degree plus 7 years of clinical experience equivalent to the BSN. Current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. Must have certification in basic CPR (to be renewed bi-annually) and ability to lift and transfer patients.

Hiring Salary: $70,700 – $56,100 Normal Salary Range: $63,400 – $56,100
