The University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) College of Nursing invites applications for full-time tenure and non-tenure track teaching faculty positions. UMSL is a premier public metropolitan university that attracts and encourages outstanding students and faculty to collaborate in learning and scholarship. The College of Nursing supports a growing research and scholarship enterprise that provides excellent opportunities for faculty and students to contribute to the advancement of nursing and health care. Collaboration with healthcare organizations and community partners support the generation, translation, dissemination, and application of knowledge to improve health outcomes. Our educational programs prepare future leaders for roles as clinicians, educators, and scientists.

Applications are encouraged from individuals in the following areas:
• Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
• Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Non Tenure Track Teaching Position with Focus on:
• Pediatric Health
• Gerontology
• Informatics
• Genomics
Required Tenured/Tenure Track position qualifications:
• Ability to establish or advance an extramurally funded program of research
• Earned doctorate in nursing or a related field with a graduate degree in nursing
Required Nurse Practitioner position qualifications:
• Earned doctorate in nursing or a related field with a graduate degree in nursing
• Eligibility for licensure as an APRN in Missouri in area of NP practice
• Evidence of a program of clinical scholarship or research preferred
Required Non Tenure Track Teaching position qualifications:
• Graduate degree in nursing, doctorate preferred
• Evidence of a program of clinical scholarship preferred
Salary and rank are competitive and dependent upon qualifications.
