Associate Dean for Nursing Research and Sponsored Programs – PVL 97446 at University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Nursing
The Associate Dean for Research and Sponsored Programs works to advance the quality and integrity of the School’s research enterprise and provides overall leadership and oversight for matters related to research innovation, compliance, and advancement.
Successful candidates will bring academic leadership experience, a successful history of funding research, and demonstrated contributions in research within a complex, research-intensive university. The preferred candidate will have substantial experience participating in and leading collaborative, interdisciplinary groups while fostering a culture that supports innovative research programs spanning knowledge creation, translation, dissemination, and impact.
The Associate Dean must maintain an active program of research and provide service to the school, university, and community. The successful applicant will:
• Possess a PhD in nursing or a related field
• Be eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in Wisconsin
• Have a research, teaching, and service record commensurate with a tenured appointment at UW-Madison.
